O ring kit

Definition

O ring kit can be defined as a set of O rings placed at one place which can be handy during work operations. These kits can house large number of different size O rings based on the shape, size and design of the O ring kit box. This is to note that the kit will house only a particular type of material O rings for example, Nitrile material type O rings will house only Nitrile material O rings of different sizes. It will not house any other material type O rings. Similarly, Silicone material various size O rings will be housed in separate Silicon O ring kit.

O ring Kits provides great convenience to crews, maintenance worker who are working in the field operations. They can carry different material O ring Kits with them that can house more than 100 different size O rings at one place.

O ring kits are available in popular O ring materials such as

  • Synthetic rubbers
  • NBR or Nitrile
  • Viton FKM or FPM
  • PTFE
  • Polyacrylate (ACM)
  • Silicone (VMQ)

The kits have various size grooves as per the size of O rings in it which more than 50 O ring pieces of specific sizes as per groove size can be placed.
